Service Terms

Definitions:

1. 1. “Shrine Studios”: Refers to the music production studios located at 3501 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102.
   2. “Client”: Any individual or entity utilizing the services provided by Shrine Studios.
   3. “Services”: Refers to the recording & tracking, audio production and engineering, mixdown and mastering, podcast and voice over, 7.1.4 – Dolby Atmos, and video production services offered by Shrine Studios.

Booking and Cancellation:

1. 1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
   2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
   3. Shrine Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or personnel availability.

Rates and Payment:

1. Rates for services provided by Shrine Studios are outlined in the current price list and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Additional fees may apply for extra services or extended session times, and these will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Studio Conduct:

1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises of Shrine Studios.
2. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by the client will be the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges.
3. Smoking, drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the premises of Shrine Studios.

Intellectual Property:

1. All recordings, mixes, masters, and other intellectual property created during sessions at Shrine Studios remain the property of the client.
2. Shrine Studios may request permission to use client materials for promotional purposes, and the client reserves the right to grant or deny such permission.
3. Shrine Studios will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of client materials but cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or theft.

Liability:

1. Shrine Studios will not be liable for any loss or damage to client property brought onto the premises.
2. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their equipment and materials.
3. Shrine Studios will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Las Vegas, NV.

By booking a session with Shrine Studios, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Shrine Studios reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
